Meditation in the city

Join us for a day of peaceful meditation practice in beautiful bush and harbour surroundings in Mosman Headland Park precinct. Immerse yourself in restorative meditation practices,  reconnect with what matters and refresh. We work with small groups to provide a sense of spacious ease.

Mindfulness Classes Sydney

Be guided through a variety of meditation practices during the day, including mindfulness of breath and body, mindful walking and gentle movement. There will be time to eat mindfully, to rest and to connect with nature.

This is a day to experience resting in silence, ‘not speaking’, whilst being guided through a range of somatic nourishing practices. We finish with a short group discussion and time to share and reflect.

Give yourself the gift of silence and experience the benefits of taking time out from the busy-ness to nurture mind and body.

$110 per person or $80 for previous MBSR students.
Tea/ Coffee provided, please bring your own lunch to eat mindfully in silence. Access to small kitchen and fridge.
