In this 4-week mindfulness course we will:
- Revisit the basics of mindfulness
- Learn new practices
- Explore the scientific rationale and some theory behind the practices
- Understand the stress response and how mindfulness is an intervention
- Explore mindfulness and communication
- Receive new guided recordings and weekly emails to support your home practice
- Special rate of $80 for Sunday retreat day in Mosman NSW – 10am – 3pm
