Mindfulness is best learnt with a teacher. Our mindfulness programs can be done privately with an experienced trainer, by distance learning, over the phone or via Skype.
Our individual Mindfulness courses are done in real time, no pre-recorded material and no groups. This is a chance to practice together and for your own process to unfold under the guidance of an experienced teacher. We recommend 60 minute sessions once per week.
Doing a mindfulness course privately includes:
- An initial phone session with your teacher to discuss the program
- 60 minute weekly sessions in person or via phone or Skype
- Instructor support via email after each session
- Course notes or an MBSR Course book
- Downloadable audio materials to support your home practice
Home practice is important and we encourage you to practice daily. If you have any questions or difficulties in between sessions, please let us know.
Individual mindfulness coaching – $105 per session. Book a group of four sessions for $390. Additional fees may apply if travel is required.
Individual MBSR course – $840 for the 8 week MBSR course which includes the fee for a Mindful Sunday Retreat in Sydney, weekly emails and a course manual.
