Mindfulness in the city
Join us for a day of peaceful mindfulness practice in beautiful bush and harbour surroundings in Mosman Headland Park precinct. This is a chance to immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness, to reconnect and refresh. We work with smaller groups to ensure a sense of ease and space.
Be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices during the day, including mindfulness of breath and body, mindful walking and gentle movement. There will be time to eat mindfully, to rest and to be with nature.
This is a silent retreat where you can experience ‘not speaking’, whilst being guided through the practices. We finish with a short group discussion.
Give yourself the gift of silence and experience the benefits of taking time out from the busy-ness to nurture mind and body.

Tea/ Coffee provided, please bring your own lunch to eat mindfully in silence. Access to small kitchen and fridge.
