I am a professional educator and wellbeing specialist with extensive experience as a trainer and presenter. Above all, I am a practitioner, passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation, yoga and a range of somatic practices that have helped me find greater balance and vitality in life. My experience includes teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), MBSR-Teens and MBSR Educators.
Fully certified with MTIA, Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia, I am part of a global teacher training network linked with the Centre for Mindfulness USA. A qualified iRest Instructor, I also offer programs to ease trauma and PTSD for veterans, active duty service members and their families.
I am an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of Australia’s leading mindfulness training organisations and Mind with Heart International, delivering specialised programs to support the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and students. I have supported school communities in disaster impacted regions with a range of programs and resources addressing mental health, change and recovery, including Stormbirds and Seasons for Growth for children and adults.
