LYDIA VORONA is the Founder and Principal Trainer at Be Still, offering workshops and a range of mindfulness courses. Lydia is a dedicated mindfulness educator, working with individuals and organisations, supporting them to develop greater resilience and wellbeing.

As a qualified educator, with a Bachelor of Music, Graduate Diploma in Education and twenty years in the corporate sector, Lydia offers a wealth of experience as a facilitator and speaker. Above all, Lydia is a dedicated practitioner, having studied meditation and body-based practices, including Iyengar Yoga and Qi Gong, for twenty years. Lydia specialises in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, certified with MTIA, Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia, part of a global teacher training network linked with the Centre for Mindfulness, USA. A qualified iRest Instructor, she also offers programs to ease trauma and PTSD.
Lydia is an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of Australia’s leading mindfulness training organisations and Mind with Heart International, delivering specialised programs to teachers and students in schools.
Be Still represents a team of experienced and qualified mindfulness trainers throughout the ANZ region – Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Auckland.
