As a professional and accredited educator, with almost twenty years working in the corporate sector, Lydia offers a wealth of experience as a facilitator and presenter. Above all, Lydia is a practitioner, passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation and a range of somatic practices that have personally helped her find more balance and vitality, including Iyengar Yoga and Qi Gong. Lydia has extensive experience teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, is qualified to teach MBSR-T and has MBCT training. Lydia is fully certified with MTIA, Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia, part of a global teacher training network linked with the Centre for Mindfulness USA. A qualified iRest Instructor, Lydia also offers programs to ease trauma and PTSD.
Lydia is an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of Australia’s leading mindfulness training organisations and Mind with Heart International, delivering specialised programs to support the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and students.
